I am a PhD researcher at DART Lab, working under Dr. Mania Aghaei Meibodi and Dr. Jesse Capecelatro. My research focuses on scaffolding-free robotic 3D concrete printing, developing AI-driven computational frameworks for materially informed print path generation and robotic motion planning. I hold a Master of Architecture and Master of Science in Digital Materials and Technologies, both from the University of Michigan, and a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from Ain Shams University in Cairo, Egypt. I am a licensed architect in Egypt and have worked professionally for firms in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and Dubai on projects of various typologies and functions.

Research Areas: Robotic 3D Concrete Printing, Structural Mechanics
Research interest: Scaffold-free robotic 3D concrete printing of vaulted structures, with an emphasis on buildability modeling, interlayer delamination mechanics, and reduced-order lamination models for fabrication planning. Methods span discontinuous Galerkin finite elements with cohesive interfaces, elasto-viscoplastic fresh-concrete modeling, and non-planar slicing.
